Payment Terms and Conditions
Renew Window Cleaning, LLC
Effective Date: March 13, 2025
Thank you for choosing Renew Window Cleaning, LLC for your window cleaning needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Payment Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the window cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the job.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and digital payments via Stripe.
- Late Payments: A late fee of $25 will be applied to any unpaid balance not settled within 7 days of the service date.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of $50.
2. Liability Waiver
- Property Damage: Renew Window Cleaning, LLC takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during the window cleaning process. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, screens, sills, or surrounding property (e.g., siding, plants, or structures) that may be exacerbated or revealed during cleaning.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to defective window construction, loose or deteriorating frames, brittle glass, or extreme weather conditions during or after the service.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to secure or remove any fragile items, decorations, or obstructions near the windows (both interior and exterior) prior to the service. Renew Window Cleaning, LLC will not be held liable for damage to such items if they are not properly secured or removed.
- Indemnification: By accepting our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew Window Cleaning, LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property damage unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. 5-Day Rain Guarantee
- Guarantee Details: We stand behind the quality of our work. If rain occurs within five (5) calendar days of your window cleaning service and leaves visible streaks or spots on the cleaned windows, we will return to re-clean the affected windows at no additional charge.
- Conditions:
- This guarantee applies only to windows cleaned by Renew Window Cleaning, LLC during the initial service.
- You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of the rain event by contacting us at renewwindowutah@gmail.com or 385-600-4610.
- Re-cleaning is subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions.
- This guarantee does not cover dirt, debris, or marks caused by factors other than rain (e.g., bird droppings, pollen, or human activity).
- Limitations: The 5-day rain guarantee is a courtesy service and does not constitute a refund or discount on the original service price.
4. Service Scope and Safety
- Access: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all windows to be cleaned, including unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing pathways. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
- Height Restrictions: For safety reasons, we do not clean windows above two stories without specialized equipment, which may incur additional fees.
- Weather: Services may be rescheduled at our discretion due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures) to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of the work.
5. Customer Acknowledgment
By scheduling and accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with the most current version available upon request or on our website.
